Products & Pricing All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or customs duties We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but cannot guarantee exact color matching due to monitor variations Orders & Payment By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount including shipping and applicable taxes We accept payment via PayPal and major credit cards Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received and verified We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason Custom Orders Custom orders require a 50% deposit before production begins Digital proofs will be provided for approval before production Once approved, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified Production times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity Intellectual Property All content on our website (text, images, logos) is the property of Arceepak and protected by copyright laws Customers retain ownership of their custom artwork submitted for printing By submitting artwork, you grant us a limited license to use it for fulfilling your order You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any submitted artwork and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights Limitation of Liability Arceepak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
