Q: What is glassine paper?
A: Glassine paper is a smooth, glossy, translucent paper made from highly refined pulp. It's grease-resistant, water-resistant, and 100% recyclable, making it ideal for eco-friendly packaging.
Q: Are your bags food-safe?
A: Our glassine paper bags are made from food-grade materials and suitable for packaging dry foods. However, we do not currently hold FDA certification. For direct food contact applications, please contact us.
Q: What does FSC certified mean?
A: FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification ensures the paper comes from responsibly managed forests meeting strict environmental and social standards.
Ordering & MOQ
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For stock sizes with gold/black foil stamping, MOQ is 100 pieces. For custom sizes or full-color printing, MOQ is 500 pieces.
Q: Can I order samples before bulk order?
A: Yes! We offer sample packs of our stock sizes. Contact us at info@arceematerial.com to request samples.
Q: Can I mix sizes in one order?
A: Yes, you can mix sizes within the same product type. Each size counts toward MOQ separately for custom printing.
Printing & Customization
Q: What printing options do you offer?
A: We offer single-color, two-color, four-color (CMYK) printing, single-side or double-side printing, and gold/black foil stamping for stock sizes up to 270mm width.
Q: Can I print my logo or custom design?
A: Absolutely! Send us your artwork in AI, PDF, or EPS format with outlined fonts. We'll provide a digital proof before production.
Q: What file format should I use?
A: We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF with outlined fonts) at 300 DPI minimum. For CMYK printing, ensure artwork is in CMYK color mode.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide from our Suzhou, China facility. Popular destinations include the United States, Europe, Australia, and Canada.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Stock items: 3-7 business days (express). Custom orders: 10-15 business days production + shipping. Standard: 7-15 days, Express: 3-7 days.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Orders over $49 to the US and $69 to Europe qualify for free standard shipping. Other rates depend on weight and destination.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Stock items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Custom-printed items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
